It's the future! A pioneering non profit organization, established in 2009 by Detroit AI High Ticket Digital Real Estate Change Maker Extraordinaires Enyka Gaines and Adriane Mayes.

- A portion of the proceeds from the Acts of Kindness August Fundraiser will go towards creating a scholarship fund for Andrea Gardner, a member of CCC Work and Learning Experience Program who was tragically murdered, giving opportunities to those who are at the right place at the right time.
- Providing underprivileged individuals with digital real estate training through the AI Digital Real Estate Academy.
- The funds raised will also support Acts of Kindness initiatives such as Work and Learning Experiences, as well as Holiday Giving programs.
